Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkami v křížovém výslechu u soudu. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaké strategie advokáti při výslechu používají. Práce analyzuje křížový výslech z procesu s Haroldem Shipmanem, který je dále porovnán s přímým výslechem. Práce se věnuje zejména typům otázek advokáta a také následným odpovědím.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with questions in cross-examination in court. The main aim is to investigate the strategies that counsels use when questioning a witness. A cross-examination from the Shipman Trial is analyzed and compared with an examination-in-chief. The focus is put on types of questions used by the lawyer and the witness’s answers.
