Efficiency of inventory management in the selected company
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku řízení materiálového toku ve výrobní společnosti, v současnosti využívaného k efektivnímu snižování interních nákladů. Prakticky se zabývá aktuálním stavem řízení zásob ve společnosti Nutricia Deva a. s., při využití teoretických aspektů zásob publikovaných předními autory logistického oboru.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the question of material flow management in a manufacturing company, currently used for effectively reducing of intercompany costs. Virtually deals with the current state of inventory management in the company Nutricia Deva a.s. by using the theoretical aspects of inventory drawn up by leading authors of the logistics industry.
