Tato diplomová práce pojednává o regulaci Fintechu a zabývá se jejím dopadem na toto odvětví. Práce představuje jednotlivé možnosti, jak odvětví Fintechu regulovat, a konkrétně se věnuje regulaci a trendům tohoto odvětví v Singapuru, Mexiku a ČR ve spojení s regulací na unijní úrovni. This diploma thesis deals with Fintech regulation and its impact on the sector.
