Abstract:

Úvod Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení průběhu porodu ženami na oddělení šestinedělí v Nemocnici Na Bulovce. Jejich spokojenost či nespokojenost s porodem mohly vyjádřit v dotaznících, které jim byly rozdány. Jejich subjektivní hodnocení, které je anonymní, může nejlépe zhodnotit celkový průběh jejich porodu. Cíl práce Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit spokojenost žen s celým průběhem porodu. Zjistit, zda mají některé faktory, jako například parita, absolvování předporodních kurzů nebo výskyt komplikací, vliv na jejich spokojenost. Metodika Zpracování dat získaných anonymním dotazníkovým šetřením na gynekologicko-porodnické klinice v Praze. Celkem bylo použito a zpracováno 130 dotazníků. Výsledky Výsledky výzkumného šetření potvrdily má očekávání, že více než 80 % žen bude se svým porodem a s postupem porodnice spokojeno. Zjistila jsem, že parita ani absolvování předporodních kurzů nemají na celkové hodnocení porodu žádný vliv. Naopak komplikace, které v pár případech nastaly, měly u některých žen negativní dopad na jejich hodnocení. Ne však na hodnocení personálu či porodnice, ale spíše pocit zklamání sama ze sebe. Závěr Personál byl hodnocen velmi kladně, především díky přístupu k rodícím ženám, a změnám, které v poslední době proběhly na gynekologicko-porodnické klinice. Pro ještě větší spokojenost rodiček bych doporučila respektovat porodní přání, neurychlovat porod léčebnými prostředky, a hlavně zvýšit komunikaci s rodičkou, u které nastaly komplikace. Personálu zajistit dostatek pomůcek a zaopatřit příjemné zázemí.

Abstract:

Introduction This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the course of childbirth by women in the sixth trimester department at hospital Na Bulovce. Their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the birth could be expressed in the questionnaires that were distributed to them. Their subjective evaluation, which is anonymous, can best assess the overall course of their birth. The aim of the work The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the satisfaction of women with the whole course of childbirth. Find out if certain factors, such as parity, taking prenatal classes or complications, affect their satisfaction. Methodology Processing of data obtained by an anonymous questionnaire survey at the gynecological and obstetric clinic in Prague. A total of 130 questionnaires were used and processed. Results The results of the research survey confirmed my expectations that more than 80 % of women will be satisfied with their birth and the progress of the maternity hospital. I found that neither parity nor taking prenatal courses have any effect on the overall assessment of childbirth. On the contrary, the complications that occurred in a few cases had a negative impact on the evaluation of some women. However, not on the evaluation of the staff or the maternity hospital, but rather a feeling of disappointment in itself. Conclusion The staff was evaluated very positively, mainly due to the approach to women giving birth, and recent changes at the gynecology and obstetrics clinic. For even greater satisfaction of mothers, I would recommend respecting the birth wish, not speeding up the birth with medical devices, and especially increasing communication with the mother, who has had complications. Provide plenty of staff and staff.
