Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací dopravně-logistických procesů ve společnosti IMG Bohemia s.r.o. za použití matematických metod operačního výzkumu. Autor práce se zaměřil na matematické metody operačního výzkumu, které jsou vhodné pro řešení okružních dopravních problémů. Pro tyto účely byly vybrány Clark-Wrightova metoda, Mayerova metoda a modifikovaná Vogelova aproximační metoda. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoreticko-metodologickou část a aplikační část. Teoreticko-metodologická část bakalářské práce obsahuje literární rešerši, kde jsou zhodnoceny všechny použité zdroje, které byly zapotřebí pro vysvětlení problematiky logistiky, silniční dopravy, operačního výzkumu a okružního dopravního problému. Následuje podrobný popis metodiky práce včetně všech matematických metod operačního výzkumu použitých v této bakalářské práci. V aplikační části je představena společnost IMG Bohemia s.r.o., obsahuje informace o vozovém parku, zboží a o původních cyklických trasách společnosti. Následně jsou v této části aplikovány vybrané metody, konkrétně Clark-Wrightova metoda, Mayerova metoda a modifikovaná Vogelova aproximační metoda. Vytvořené návrhy těchto metod jsou komparovány s původními okružními jízdami a ekonomicky zhodnoceny. Na základě těchto výsledků byla vybrána nejvhodnější matematická metoda, jímž je Clark-Wrightova metoda. Díky této metodě došlo ke snížení nákladů a k vytvoření nových rozvozových tras.

Abstract:

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with the optimization of transport and logistics processes in the company IMG Bohemia s.r.o. using mathematical methods of operational research. The author of the thesis focused on mathematical methods of operational research, which are suitable for solving circular traffic problems. For these purposes, the Clark-Wright method, the Mayer method and the modified Vogel approxiation method were selected. The bachelor’s thesis is divided into a theoretical-methodological part and an application part. The theoretical-methodological part of the bachelor’s thesis contains a literature research, where are all the used sources that were needed to explain the issue of logistics, road transport, operational research and circular transport problems. It is followed by detailed description of work methodology, including all mathematical methods of operational research used in this bachelor’s thesis. The application section presents the company IMG Bohemia s.r.o., it contains information about the vehicle fleet, goods and the company’s original cycle routes. Subsequently, selected methods are applied in this part, specifically the Clark-Wright method, the Mayer method and the modified Vogel approximation method. Created proposals of these methods are compared with the original tours and economically evaluated. Based on these results, the most suitable mathematical method was chosen, which is the Clark-Wright method. Thanks to this method, costs have been reduced and new circular routes have been created.
