Study on interaction of alkaloids corypalmine, jatrorrhizine and columbamine to DNA
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá interakcemi vybraných protoberberinových alkaloidů s dvouřetězcovou DNA. Byly zjištěny odhady hodnot pK daných alkaloidů a také odhady asociačních konstant komplexu alklaoid-DNA metodami molekulové absorpční spektrometrie a spektrofluorimetrie.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on interactions of chosen protoberberine alkaloids to double-stranded DNA. Estimations of pK of given alkaloids and also estimations of association constants of the alkaloid-DNA complex were determined by the methods of molecular absorbtion spectrometry and spectrofluorometry.
