Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením možností rozvoje agrárního sektoru jako hlavního nástroje dalšího rozvoje agroturistiky v Ukrajinském Karpatském Regionu (Východní Karpaty). Teoretická část popisuje hlavní definice, případy a problémy, které se v práci objevují. Praktická část je zaměřena na současný stav agrárního sektoru a venkovského agrárního cestovního ruchu v určitém regionu, představuje problematickou část sociálních a ekonomických sfér regionu, jakož i možné předpoklady řešení problémů. Dále je zpracována SWOT analýza vývoje agroturistiky v Ukrajinském Karpatském Regionu. Praktická část také podává přehled o perspektivách a sbírá úspěšné zahraniční rozvojové projekty venkovského agrárního cestovního ruchu ve vybrané oblasti. Konečně je zde uveden reálný projekt rozvoje venkova, vyhodnocený metodou Vyhodnocení efektivnosti rozvojového projektu a navržen z hlediska jeho budoucích možných výsledků.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the development options of agrarian sector, as a main tool for further agritourism development in the Ukrainian Carpathian region (Eastern Carpathians). The theoretical part describes the main definitions, cases and issues, which occur in the thesis. Practical part is focused on the current state of agrarian sector and of rural agrarian tourism in the definite region, introduce the problematic parts of social and economic spheres of the region, as well as gives possible assumptions for problems` solutions. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis of the development of agritourism in Ukrainian Carpathian region is made. Practical part also gives an overview of perspectives and gathers successful foreign development projects rural agrarian tourism in the selected area. Finally, there is real rural development project, evaluated by means of the method Evaluation of the Development Project Effectiveness, and suggested from the point of view of its future possible outcomes.
