Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je podnikatelský plán. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření reálného a dosažitelného podnikatelského plánu na založení konkurenceschopného hostelu v Praze a výpočet jeho ziskovosti. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány všechny nejdůležitější body podnikatelského plánu a je vysvětlen význam každého z nich. Úkolem praktické části je sestavení kvalitního byznys plánu pro založení hostelu v Praze s popisem nabízených služeb. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle je proveden průzkum trhu a jsou nalezena jeho slabá místa. Je určena nejefektivnější strategie pro řízení a organizaci podniku a vypracován finanční, marketingový a organizační plán. Kromě toho byla při psaní bakalářské práce použita vlastní praktická zkušenost autorky z oblasti ubytovacích služeb a práce v hostelu. Uzavřením praktické části je analýza celého byznys plánu. V závěru bakalářské práce bude zjištěno, zda je daný projekt ekonomicky efektivní a realizovatelný v praxi, nebo ne.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is a business plan. Its main goal is to create a real and achievable business project for establishing a competitive hostel in Prague and calculate its profitability. The theoretical part of this thesis describes all the most important points in the structure of the business plan and explains the meaning of each of them. The task of the practical part is to compile a quality business project for opening a hostel in Prague with a description of the services offered. To achieve this goal, the market analysis has been carried out and weak spots on it have been found. The most effective strategy of management and organization of business is determined and the financial, marketing and organizational plan is worked out. In addition, while working on this paper, I used personal experience working in the hospitality industry. The result of the practical part is the analysis of the whole hostel business plan. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis summed up and revealed whether this project is economically effective and real for implementation.
