Bakalářská práce měla za úkol zjistit zkušenost žen/matek s porodem dítěte císařským řezem, jejich subjektivní prožívání a možný dopad této zkušenosti. Teoretická část shrnuje a rozebírá veškerá již známá fakta, která souvisejí s tématem. Zmiňuje se o historických pramenech císařského řezu.
