Diplomová práce se zabývá dopady pandemie onemocnění COVID-19 na závazkové vztahy v oblasti obchodního práva v českém právním prostředí. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jaké okamžité dopady měl příchod pandemie tohoto onemocnění na závazkové vztahy mezi podnikateli a jaké nástroje k řešení těchto dopadů poskytuje účinná právní úprava. The thesis deals with the impact of the COVID-19 disease pandemic on contractual relations in the field of commercial law in the Czech legal environment.
