Solving of conflict situations in private security forces

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá typologií a četností útoků a jejich řešení u soukromých bezpečnostních složek. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, kdy v teoretické části jsme charakterizovali historické souvislosti, metody a formy činnosti SBS. Konfliktní situace, jejich řešení a za jakých okolností k nim nejčastěji dochází. Dále jsme si v teoretické části uvedli základní teorii sebeobrany vztahující se k soukromým bezpečnostním složkám. V praktické části jsme si stanovili cíl práce a jednotlivé úkoly, podle kterých jsme postupovali při tvorbě práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu nasbíraných materiálů z dotazníkového šetření a pomocí kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody jsme provedly vyhodnocení. Cílem práce ji získat přehled o typu a množství konfliktních situací, se kterými se pracovníci SBS setkávají.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the typology and frequency of attacks and their solutions with private security units. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part, where in the theoretical part we characterized the historical context, methods and forms of SBS activities. Conflicting situations, their solutions, and under what circumstances they are most commonly encountered. In the theoretical part, we introduced the basic theory of self-defense related to private security components. In the practical part, we have set the goal of the work and the individual tasks, according to which we proceeded in the creation of the work. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the collected materials from the questionnaire survey and we performed the evaluation using the quantitative and qualitative method. The aim of the paper is to get an overview of the type and amount of conflict situations encountered by SBS staff.
