Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma kožních defektů a prevence jejich vzniku v prostředí intenzivní péče. Teoretická část se zabývá kožními defekty, které mohou vzniknout v prostředí intenzivní péče. Dále jsou v práci popsány příčiny vzniku kožních defektů, příčiny vzniku dekubitů, strategie v preventivních opatřeních včetně polohování, mikropolohování a použití preventivních pomůcek. The thesis deals with the topic of skin defects and its prevention. The theoretical part deals with skin defects, which are frequent in intensive care environment. There are also described causes of skin defects, especially pressure sores and preventive measures.
