The Results of Rental Housing deregulation in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výsledky deregulace nájemního bydlení v České republice. První část práce je věnována průběhu deregulace nájemního sektoru v České republice. Jsou zde definovány teoretické dopady na trh s bydlením. V druhé části se práce zabývá analýzou dat z šetření EU-SILC. Na základě analýzy dat následuje vyhodnocení dopadů deregulace nájemního bydlení.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with the impact of rent deregulation in the Czech Republic. The first part describes the process of deregulation within the rent sector in the Czech Republic. It defines the theoretical impact on the housing market. Second part is dedicated to the analysis of data obtained from the EU-SILC project.
