Hlavním přínosem této diplomové práce by mělo být poskytnutí právního náhledu ve vztahu k podnikání. Čtenář by po přečtení této práce měl získat základní znalosti o právních podmínkách v oblasti podnikání a o vztahu dozorových orgánů v oblasti podnikání. \nl{}
Abstract:
The main contribution of this thesis should be providing a legal view in relation to the conducting of business. After reading this work, readers should acquire a basic knowledge of legal conditions in the area of business and the relationship of supervisory authorities in the field of business. \nl{}
