Measures in Case of Infectious Diseases in the Czech Republic within the Population Protection

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem infekčních onemocnění na území České republiky a opatřeními v rámci ochrany obyvatelstva. V teoretické části je popsána oblast infekčních onemocnění a provádění epidemiologických opatření v obecné rovině. Dále je zde výčet právních norem a předpisů týkajících se oblasti ochrany veřejného zdraví a ochrany obyvatelstva, plánovacích dokumentů a kompetencí orgánů ochrany veřejného zdraví a orgánů krizového řízení. V praktické části práce je definováno konkrétní infekční onemocnění, kterým je onemocnění způsobené virem chřipky. Je zde provedena analýza výskytu onemocnění v České republice a konkrétně v Olomouckém kraji v posledních pěti letech a opatření, která byla dosud prováděna. Dále jsou analyzována rizika spojená s výskytem chřipkového onemocnění a navržena opatření ke zlepšení zjištěného stavu ve vybraném kraji.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the occurrence of infectious diseases in the Czech Republic and measures to protect the population. The theoretical part describes the area of infectious diseases and epidemic measures in general. There is also a list of legal norms and regulations concerning the protection of public health and protection of the population, planning documents and competencies of public health protection authorities and crisis management authorities. The practical part of the work defines a specific infectious disease, which is a disease caused by the flu virus. There is an analysis of the incidence of the disease in the Czech Republic and specifically in the Olomouc region in the last five years and the measures that have been implemented so far. Furthermore, the risks associated with the occurrence of influenza disease are analyzed and measures are proposed to improve the identified condition in the selected region.
