Rights and obligations in the fiscal management of tax and the tax audit
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na práva a povinnosti daňového subjektu, která může aplikovat v průběhu daňového řízení nebo při daňové kontrole. Nechybí zde také základní teoretické pojmy, které slouží pro lepší pochopení dané problematiky a demonstrativní ukázka na příkladu fiktivní firmy.
Abstract:
This work focuses on the rights and obligations of the tax subject, which can be applied in the fiscal management of tax or the tax audit. There are also basic theoretical concepts that serve to better understand the issues and illustrative example on the example of a fictitious company.
