Working conditions for the employees taking care for children and other physical persons
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem se pokusila podat stručný a zároveň přehledný pohled na pracovní podmínky zaměstnankyň, zaměstnankyň – matek a zaměstnankyň a zaměstnanců pečujících o dítě nebo jinou fyzickou sobu a zároveň ukázat, že i v dnešní době mají zvláštní pracovní podmínky v právní úpravě své místo.
Abstract:
In my thesis, I tried to give a brief and at the same time a well-arranged insight into working conditions of the women – employees, the employees – mothers and the employees taking care of their child; and to show that even in the present days the specific working conditions deserve their place in the legislation.
