Induction Machine's Special Cage Windings

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou speciálních klecí nakrátko asynchronních strojů a jejich vlastnostmi. Na příkladu Boucherotovy klece je řešena problematika rozběhových charakteristik rotorového vinutí asynchronního stroje a vlivu sycení na uvedené charakteristiky. Dále je v práci řešena problematika neradiálních drážek použitelných pro rotorové vinutí asynchronních strojů a vlivu úhlu odklonu těchto drážek od radiály na velikost rozptylové reaktance těchto drážek. V práci je dále uvedena metodika analýzy kruhu nakrátko metodou konečných prvků, iterativní způsob výpočtu jmenovitého skluzu asynchronního stroje a problematika stanovení jmenovitého momentu metodou konečných prvků.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with issues of special induction machines' squirrel cage windings and their properties. On an example of a Boucherot cage the issues of rotor winding start-up characteristics and impact of saturation on these characteristics are being studied. Furthermore the thesis deals with issues of non-radial rotor winding bars used for induction machine rotor winding and with relation between the leakage inductance of the bar and the angle between the radial and the axis of the slot. In the thesis also a methodology of analysis of shorting ring using finite element method, iterative method of calculation of nominal slip and issue of calculation of nominal torque using finite element method are mentioned.
