Tato magisterská diplomová práce pojednává o spolkovém životě na počátku 20. století v Jihlavě. Především se zaměřuje na spolky vlastenecké a jejich proměny, které zaznamenaly během první světové války. Zároveň jsou zde zmíněny spory mezi Čechy a Němci, které byly pro Jihlavu jakožto německý jazykový ostrov typické. This thesis deals about association life in Jihlava at the beginning of the 20th century. It is focused on the patriotic associations and their changes during the World War I. The problematic relationships between Czech and German citizens of the region Jihlava is mentioned, because it was very typical for this area.
