Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kouření a stresu. Cílem práce je prozkoumat a vyhodnotit souvislost mezi kouřením a stresem u studentů v maturitních ročnících. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části, která je nejdříve věnována kouření, je popsán tabák jako rostlina, historie tabáku světová i česká, složení cigaretového kouře, nemoci spojené s kouřením a je popsána závislost na tabáku a informace o mezinárodních dnech bez tabáku. Dále se teoretická část zabývá stresem, kde jsou popsány kompenzační mechanismy, eustres a distres, stresory a následky stresu. Poslední část teoretické části se zabývá souvislostí mezi kouřením a stresem. V praktické části jsou zpracovány a pomocí grafu znázorněny výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníky byly rozdány na Gymnáziu Josefa Kainara, Gymnáziu Olgy Havlové, Střední zdravotnické škole a Vyšší odborné škole zdravotnické a Obchodní akademii a Vyšší odborné škole sociální. Celkem byly dotazníky rozdány 108 respondentům. Z dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, že nejvyšší průměrné hodnoty vnímaného stresu, byly zjištěny u nekuřáků a nejnižší u kuřáků. Nejvyšší průměrné hodnoty vnímaného stresu, byly zjištěny na středních odborných školách u kuřáků, nekuřáků i ex-kuřáků. Dále bylo zjištěno, že ženy jsou více stresovány než muži. Celkem u 44,44 % kuřáků, byla zjištěna střední závislost na nikotinu, u 27,78 % byla zjištěna silná závislost a u 27,78 % byla zjištěna žádná nebo velmi malá závislost na nikotinu.

Abstract:

My thesis is mainly concerned with the issue of smoking and stress. The purpose of this work is to explore and evaluate the connection between smoking and stress of students in the final years. The thesis is devided into two parts ? a theoretical part and a practical part. There is tobacco described as a plant, the history of tobacco in the Czech Republic and all over the world, the composition of a cigarette smoke, illnesses connected to smoking and there´s also described the addiction to tobacco and some information about international days without tobbaco in the teoretical part, which is firstly dedicated to smoking. Furthermore, the theoretical part is about stress, where the compensatory mechanisms are described, also about eustress and distress, the stressors and the effect of stress. The last section of the theoretical part is all about the connection between smoking and stress. The results of the questionnaire are composed and shown by graphs in the practical part. They were distributed to the Grammar School of Josef Kainar, the Grammar School of Olgy Havlove, the Secondary and Higher Nursing School, and Business Academy and Higher Professional School of Social Sciences. There were 108 questionnaires provided to students in total. From this survey we found out, that the highest values of perceived stress were identified in non-smokers and the lowest in smokers. The highest average values of perceived stress were found at vocational schools in the groups of smokers, non-smokers or ex-smokers. There was also discovered, that women are more stressed than men. Altogether, 44,44 % of smokers were middle addicted to nicotine; 27,78 % had a high addiction and 27,78 % had no or really low addiction to nicotine.
