Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat a navrhnout podnikatelský plán na založení kavárny “Business Coffee” tak, aby sloužil jako reálný podklad pro založení a provoz kavárny. Cíle bude dosaženo na základě literární rešerše aktuálního stavu poznání a zpracovaných analýz tržního prostředí s návrhem realizačního plánu.
Abstract:
The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to compile and suggest a businesses plan describing the start of café “Business Coffee” in such a way that it could be used as a resource material for foundation and operation of its own café.
