Cílem mé diplomové práce je popsat právní úpravu náležitostí a ochranných prvků hotovostního oběživa v České republice. Nejprve se zabývá pojmem a funkcemi peněz. Následující kapitola představuje vývoj peněz na území České republiky. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje úloze České národní banky při regulaci oběživa. The aim of this master thesis is to describe The legislation of essentials and protective elements of cash currency in the Czech Republic. In the beginning, the concept and function of money are explained. The next chapter presents the evolution of currency in the region of the Czech Republic.
