Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na popsání co přesně je personální agentura, čím se zabýváa jaké procesy zde probíhají.Práce řeší problematiku získávání a výběru zaměstnanců z inzerce, až po výběrvhodných kandidátů.
Abstract:
The aim of the work is to describe what exactly is a personnel agency, what it dealswith and which processes occur there.The thesis looks into the problematic of selection and choosing employees from theadvertisement up to selection of the suitable applicants.
