The Changes of Critical and Artistic Reflection of the Role of Viktorka Character in Babička by Božena Němcová Including Film Adaptations.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kritickou a uměleckou reflexi postavy Viktorky v Babičce Boženy Němcové. V první části práce jsem se snažil obsáhnout kritickou reflexi Viktorky tak, jak jí vnímali přední čeští literární vědci, zejména minulého, ale i nynějšího století. Druhá část práce mapuje uměleckou reflexi této postavy, tedy jak byla Viktorka vnímána vybranými umělci a jakým způsobem ji interpretovali ve vlastní tvorbě. Zvláštní část práce tvoří zmínka o všech filmových adaptacích Babičky, kde jsem se zaměřil jak na uchopení v rámci filmové řeči, tak částečně i na dobový kontext, hlavní pozornost jsem věnoval proměnné úloze Viktorky v rámci jednotlivých děl.

Abstract:

This thesis concerns the changes of critical and artistic perspectives on the character of Viktorka by Božena Němcová. The first part contains critical perspective on Viktorka, mainly on how she was apprehended by front Czech and foreign critics of literature in the past and current century. The second part is about artistic reflection character of Viktorka, how she was perceived of the selected artists and which manner they reflected the interpretation in their production. The special part in this work is created by the remark on all the adaptations of Babička, where I focused on adaptations of this book in context of narration in film, partly on the historical discourses as well. The general attention I presented variable function of Viktorka in terms of particular literary works.
