SWOT analysis of entrepreneurial entity
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám analýzou vnějších a vnitřních podmínek (tzv. SWOT analýzou) společnosti Autorola s.r.o. Snahou je zjistit, ve kterých částech podnikání je firma silná a ve které naopak, co by společnost mohlo ohrozit, nebo kde má příležitost prorazit. Mým záměrem je navrhnout možná opatření, která by ji dovedla k úspěchu na trhu.
Abstract:
The bachelor work we deal with the analysis of external and internal conditions (the so-called SWOT analysis) of Autorola Ltd. Effort is to identify which part of the business is strong and firm in which the reverse. My intention is to propose courses of action that would have led to succes in the market.
