Diplomová práce se zabývá onemocněním sítnice, které postihuje předčasně narozené děti s nízkou porodní váhou. Retinopatie nedonošených je vazoproliferativní onemocnění nezralé sítnice, které i přes významné pokroky v léčbě, způsobuje v ojedinělých případech stále ještě slepotu. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with a disease of the retina, which affects premature infants with a low birth weight. Retinopathy of prematurity is a proliferative disease of the immature retina, which, despite of a significant progress in therapy, still causes sporadic blindness.
