Tato práce je zaměřena na jednokrokové extrakce, které se používají ke stanovení mobilní (biodostupné) frakce arsenu v půdách a sedimentech. Teoretická část práce obsahuje studii problematiky stability forem arsenu před a v průběhu analýzy, dostupnosti arsenu pro rostliny a půdní organismy a souhrn analytických metod, používaných pro stanovení arsenu v půdách a sedimentech.
