Abstract:
This thesis is basically focused on the role of the city of Barcelona in Juan Marsé's novels. More specifically, this thesis wants to investigate if Barcelona in Marsé's novels acts only as a story background or if its role could be understood in a different way: as a literary character.
Abstract:
Tato magisterská diplomová práce rozebírá přítomnost města Barcelona v románech španělského spisovatele Juana Marsého. Konkrétněji se snaží zmapovat, jestli Barcelona v Marsého románech funguje jako pouhá dějová kulisa či spíše získává znaky literární postavy. Jinými slovy, tato práce zkoumá, jestli se Barcelona v Marsého dílech stává jednou z postav daných románů.
