Burnout syndrom and how to prevent it in business practice
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku syndromu vyhoření u osob pracujících v obchodní sféře. První část popisuje definici pojmu, historii syndromu vyhoření, a jeho charakteristiku. Druhá část je zaměřená na výzkumném šetření, které je vyhodnoceno pomocí dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis is focused on problems of burn-out syndrome in case of people working in business. The first part describes the definition of the term, history of the syndrome and its characteristics. The second part concentrates on research which is assessed on the basis of questionnaires.
