Recommendations for a complex streamlining of processes in a particular recruitment and caceer training agency
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na zefektivnění základních oblastí v konkrétní personální a vzdělávací společnosti. Na základě podrobné analýzy byly vytvořeny rychlé, efektivní a finančně nenáročné optimalizace. Návrhy jednoznačně povedou k zlepšení celkové situace společnosti.
Abstract:
This work focuses on the streamlining in the fundamental areas of a concrete recruitment and career training agency. On the basis of a detailed analysis fast, efficient and cost-effective optimization recommendations have been made. The outcomes of the analysis will have a positive impact on the overall situation in the agency.
