Tématem diplomové práce je problematika syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat syndrom vyhoření u pracovníků pomáhajících profesí, vymezit základní pojmy, popsat aspekty a možnosti prevence syndromu vyhoření. The topic of the thesis is the issue of burnout syndrome in workers in helping professions. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the burnout syndrome in workers in helping professions, to define the basic concepts, to describe aspects and possibilities of preventing burnout syndrome.
