Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice ageismu ? diskriminaci určité věkové skupiny společnosti. Zabývám se především negativními postoji mladých lidí vůči seniorům. Teoretická část popisuje projevy negativních postojů, rozebírá důvody jejich vzniku. Jsou definovány pojmy ageismus, diskriminace, stereotypy, stáří a stárnutí. Abstract:
This bachelor work deals with the issue of ageism - discrimination against particular age groups in society. I especially deal with negative attitudes of joung people towards the seniors. The theoretical part describes the manifestations of negative attitudes and analyze the reasons why they are incurred. I define notions of ageism, discrimination, stereotypes, old age and aging.
