Náplní diplomové práce je shrnutí poznatků z problematiky řešení katarakty s důrazem na následné možnosti korekce pomocí nových trendů, jako jsou akomodující nitrooční čočky. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na oční čočku, kataraktu a vývoj jejího řešení, přes rozvoj vzorců pro výpočet nitroočních čoček až k samotným typům IOL. The aim of this thesis is a summary of findings from the issue of treatment of cataract with an emphasis on the possibilities of subsequent correction with new trends, such as accommodating intraocular lens. The theoretical part focuses on the lens of the eye, cataract and development of its solutions through the development of formulas for calculating intraocular lens down to the types of IOL.
