Analysis of Wages in the Company Anvis AVT s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou mezd ve firmě Anvis AVT s.r.o. Je složena ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V rámci teoretické části byly zpracovány poznatky z odborné literatury z oblasti zákoníku práce, daně z příjmu, zdravotního a sociálního pojištění. V praktické části jsou analyzovány mzdy ve firmě, popsán způsob odměňování zaměstnanců, včetně stanovení měsíční daňové povinnosti a výpočtů sociálního a zdravotního pojištění. V závěru práce je provedeno srovnání konkrétního příkladu peněžní a nepeněžní od-měny, resp. vyhodnocení její efektivity z pohledu zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with wage analysis in the company Anvis AVT s.r.o. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. Within the theoretical framework, knowledge is pro-cessed from the professional literature in the fields of labor code, income taxes, social and medical insurance. The theoretical part analyzes wages in the concerned company and de-scribes the manner of remuneration, including setting the monthly tax obligation and calcu-lation of social and medical insurance. At the end of this work a concrete comparison is provided of the financial and non-financial reward in the company, and its effectiveness is evaluated from the employer's and employee's points of view.
