Vymezení pojmů veřejná správa a státní služba, vývoj institutu státní služby na našem území, okolnosti přijetí zákona o státní službě, srovnání podstaty zákona o státní službě a zákoníku práce, srovnání klíčových institutů zákona o státní službě a zákoníku práce.
Abstract:
The extended essay deals with the legal institute of the civil service in the Czech Republic. There is the information about the history of this legal institute and then the comparation of the legal regulations in the new Civil Service Code and in the Labour Code.
