Abstract:

Tato práce s názvem Podpora žákovské autonomie: akční výzkum předkládá možnosti rozvoje žákovské autonomie v sedmém ročníku základní školy. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním konceptu žákovské autonomie, důvody a možnostmi jejího rozvoje stejně jako vztahem mezi autonomií a motivací. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována vymezení rolí učitele a žáka v prostředí podporujícím žákovskou autonomii. V praktické části je popsán a zhodnocen akční výzkum. Žáci jsou postupně vedeni k přebírání zodpovědnosti za své vlastní učení. V průběhu devíti kroků se rozvíjí jejich kontrola nad učebními procesy, obsahem i organizací. Žáci poznávají a uvědomují si svůj vlastní učební styl a rozvíjejí své strategie učení. V závěrečné fázi se žáci sami stávají učiteli a výzkumníky. V průběhu výzkumu používají žáci třídní blog jako nástroj reflexe dění v hodinách. V závěrečných kapitolách jsou předloženy a zhodnoceny výsledky akčního výzkumu. Jsou zde také nabídnuty doporučení a návrhy pro další praxi.

Abstract:

This work named Fostering Learner Autonomy: Action Research puts forward possibilities of learner autonomy development at the seventh grade of an elementary school. The theoretical part deals with defining the concept of learner autonomy, with reasons for and possibilities of fostering autonomy as well as with the relationship between autonomy and motivation. The final chapter is devoted to specifying the roles of teacher and learner in the learner autonomy supportive environment. In the practical part the action research is described and evaluated. The learners are gradually led towards taking responsibility for their own learning. During nine steps their control over the learning processes, content and management is developed. The learners recognize and realize their own learning styles and develop their learning strategies. In the final stage the learners themselves become teachers and researchers. In the course of the research the learners use a class blog as a reflective tool. In the last chapters the practical part presents the results and interpretations of the action research as well as recommendations and suggestions for future teaching practice.
