The Methodics of the Volunteering Work in the Organization

Abstract:

This thesis concerns with the theoretical definition and creation of the methodics of the volunteering work – activities and procedures – in the organization practising the family redevelopment – CVRZ CESTA. This organization, in the process of professionalization of its activities, feels the need to anchor and clearly define running procedures, to create a kind of guideline. The aim is to create the methodics applicable in the conditions of the particular organization, which takes into account the needs of the involved participants – employees, volunteers and clients in the separate stages of the process. The empirical part ascertains the needs of the involved and at their basis formulates the final methodics of the volunteering work in the organization.

Abstract:

Práca sa zaoberá teoretickým vymedzením a tvorbou metodiky dobrovoľníckej činnosti, teda aktivít a postupov prebiehajúcich v organizácii vykonávajúcej sanáciu rodiny. Jedná sa o organizáciu v procese profesionalizácie činností, ktorá v tejto súvislosti pociťuje potrebu ukotviť a jasne zadefinovať prebiehajúce postupy, vytvoriť si akýsi návod. Cieľom je vytvoriť metodiku použiteľnú v podmienkach konkrétnej organizácie – CVRZ CESTA, takú ktorá bude zohľadňovať potreby prítomných aktérov – pracovníkov, dobrovoľníkov a klientov v jednotlivých fázach procesu. Empirická časť zisťuje konkrétne potreby konkrétnych aktérov a na ich základe formuluje výslednú metodiku dobrovoľníckej činnosti v organizácii.
