Possibilities of using the Y balance test in physiotherapy
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na fyzickou aktivitu a její mnoho zdravotních výhod, přičemž uznává, že vedle jejích mnoha výhod přichází i riziko úrazu souvisejícího s fyzickou aktivitou. Poté následuje úvod a podrobná diskuse o aktuální relevantní literatuře dostupné pro test Y-balance. Na konci dodatky včetně etické dokumentace a dalších podpůrných materiálů.
Abstract:
The work focuses on physical activity and its many health benefits, while acknowledging that in addition to its many benefits, there is also a risk of injury related to physical activity. This is followed by an introduction and a detailed discussion of the current relevant literature available for the Y-balance test.
