Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými druhy rakytníku řešetlákového, který patří mezi méně známé druhy ovoce. Jsou zde uvedeny základní nutriční, výživové a technologické parametry plodů rakytníku a jeho potravinářské a farmaceutické využití. V práci jsem ana-lyzoval celkem sedm ruských odrůd, u jejichž plodů byly stanoveny vybrané nutriční uka-zatele. Cílem této práce je především popularizace …more
Abstract:
This master thesis discusses selected species of sea buckthorn which belong between less known fruit. There are described basic nutritions and technological parameters of sea buckthorn and its using in technology of food and pharmacy.
