Beginning Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá profesí učitelky mateřské školy. Práce má celkem 2 části, a to teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením pojmu učitele, rolemi, kompetencemi, profesními činnostmi učitele, dále pak profesním standardem a profesním vývojem učitelek MŠ. V empirické části bakalářské práce se zabývám studentkami oboru Učitelství pro mateřské školy na Ostravské univerzitě a začínajícími učitelkami, které mají max. 5letou praxi v mateřské škole. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo porovnat a zjistit, jaké názory mají studentky a začínající učitelky na vzdělávání budoucích učitelek MŠ, na finanční stránku profese a na pedagogické činnosti, které učitelka MŠ vykonává. K naplnění výzkumných cílů mi sloužil kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníku. Zjistila jsem, že studentky i učitelky se ve většině názorů shodnou, konkrétně co se týče důvodu výběru profese, připravenosti ze studia, neshodují se pouze u otázky týkající se finančního ohodnocení profese. Následná zjištění jsou detailněji rozebrána v empirické části.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor's thesis is beginning kindergarten teachers. The work has a total of 2 parts, theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, I deal with the definition of the term teacher, the roles, competences, professional activities of the teacher, as well as the professional standard and professional development of kindergarten teachers. In the empirical part of the bachelor's thesis, I focus on students of the field of Teaching for kindergartens at the University of Ostrava and beginning teachers who have a maximum of 5 years of experience in a kindergarten. The main goal of my bachelor's thesis was to compare and find out what opinions female students and beginning teachers have on the education of future kindergarten teachers, on the financial side of the profession and on the pedagogical activities that kindergarten teachers do. I found out that students and teachers agree on most of the things, they only disagree on the question regarding the financial evaluation of the profession. Subsequent findings are discussed in more detail in the empirical section.
