Student Teachers Authority During their Long Term Teaching Practice

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Autorita studenta učitelství v interakci se žáky v průběhu učitelské praxe“ pojednává o interakci studentů učitelství se žáky během učitelské praxe se zaměřením na specifika autority studenta učitelství. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři kapitoly: Učitelská profese, Autorita a Kázeň. V první kapitole práce stručně charakterizuje učitelskou profesi, dále se zaměřuje na jednotlivé etapy v profesní dráze učitele s důrazem na první etapu, jíž je volba učitelské profese. V této podkapitole se rozebírá role studenta učitelství, podoba pregraduální přípravy a formy a cíle pedagogické praxe. Další etapy, kterými jsou profesní start, stabilizace a vyhasínání jsou popsány spíše okrajově. Kapitola je ukončena popisem vztahu učitele se žáky. V navazující kapitole je definován pojem autorita, uvedeny některé známe typologie autority a nakonec je autorita dána do souvislosti s učitelskou profesí a vývojem autority u učitele. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola věnována kázni ve školní praxi a opatřením, díky nimž lze nekázni předcházet. Praktická část je věnována interpretaci výsledků provedeného výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo odpovědět na výzkumnou otázku, jaká jsou specifika autority studenta učitelství v průběhu praxe. Mimoto je zde samozřejmě popsán výzkumný vzorek, metodologie a způsob analýzy.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis “The authority of the student teacher interaction with students during teachers practice” deals with the interaction of student teachers with pupils during teachers practice focusing on the specifics of the authority of the teacher student during practice. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters: the teaching profession, authority and discipline. In the first chapter briefly describes the teaching profession, focusing on the different phases of the teacher’s career with an emphasis on the first phase, which is the choice of the teaching profession. In this section we analyze the role of the student teacher, form of undergraduate training and forms and objectives of teachers practice. Other phases, which are professional start, stabilization and extinction are described only marginally. The chapter is finished describing the relationship of teacher and pupils. In the following chapter is defined the concept of authority, some known typology of authority are mentioned and finally, the authority is associated with the teaching profession and the development of authority in teachers profession. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter devoted to discipline in school practice and precautions prevented indiscipline. The practical part is devoted to interpreting the results of the research, which aim was to answer the research question, what are the specifics of the authority of student teacher during practice. Furthermore, there is, of course, described the research sample, methodology and method of analysis.
