Bakalárska práca je zameraná na majetkovú trestnú činnosť. Je rozdelená na päť hlavných častí z toho prvá charakterizuje pojmy, s ktorými sa v práci stretávame ako je pojem trestný čin, jeho skutková podstata alebo aj zodpovednosť za trestný čin. V druhej časti už konkrétne vymedzujeme pojem majetkovej trestnej činnosti ako aj výšku škody, ktorá je pri takejto trestnej činnosti veľmi dôležitá. Následne …more
