Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je tvorba strategie rozvoje konkrétního podniku. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V první části jsou teoreticky popsány metody a postupy použité v praktické části. V druhé části práce je analyzováno vnější a vnitřní prostředí firmy. The subject of the present thesis is to create development strategies of a specific firm. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part describes theoretical methods and procedures used in the practical part. In the second part is analyzed an external and an internal environment of the company.
