Cílem této diplomové práce na téma „Smlouva o dílo (obecná úprava v současném občanském právu)“ je vyložit tuzemskou právní úpravu v této oblasti zakotvenou zákonem č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. The aim of the thesis with the title "Contract for work (general regulation in current civil law)" is to interpret the internal legislation in this area based on Civil Code no 89/2012.
