Rationalization of the production process as part of cooperation in the selected company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o racionalizaci výrobního procesu v průmyslovém podniku. V první části se nachází stručný úvod k teoretickým východiskům, potřebné literatuře, jež je obsažena v práci, metodě PERT a metodice práce, které jsou relevantní pro aplikační část diplomové práce a zvýšení efektivity výrobního procesu. V aplikační části je zprvu představen vybraný podnik, analýza původního stavu. Následuje analýza stavu současného a výpočet pomocí metod a nástrojů popsaných v první části práce. Hlavním východiskem práce je racionalizace výrobního procesu s důrazem na časovou náročnost, náklady, konkurenceschopnost a přínosy pro podnik. Výzkumné otázky jsou zodpovězeny v kapitole 4 Vyhodnocení výsledků, zde se nachází i jejich rekapitulace, od které jsou odvozeny funkční návrhy a opatření.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the rationalization of the production process in an industrial enterprise. The first part provides a brief introduction to the theoretical foundations, necessary literature contained in the thesis, the PERT method, and the work methodology relevant to the application part of the thesis and the increase of production process efficiency. In the application part, the selected enterprise is introduced, followed by an analysis of the original state, subsequent analysis of the current state, and calculation using methods and tools described in the first part of the thesis. The main basis of the thesis is the rationalization of the production process with an emphasis on time demands, costs, competitiveness, and benefits for the enterprise. The research questions are answered in the chapter 4 Evaluation of the results, which also includes their summary from which functional proposals and measures are derived.
