Předmětem bakalářské práce „Úloha zlata v ekonomických dějinách“ je analýza úloh a využití zlata od minulosti po současnost. Práce se skládá ze čtyř kapitol, přičemž první kapitola seznamuje čtenáře se zlatem a jeho fyzikálními vlastnostmi, druhá kapitola s názvem „Historie zlata“ poukazuje na důležité okamžiky z dějin zlata.
