STATE PROPERTY DISPOSITIONS IN THE LIGHT OF EU STATE AID LAW - PRIVATISATION, RESTITUTION, COMPENSATION
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá unijními aspekty majetkových dispozic státu - privatizací a církevních restitucí. Zkoumá interakci unijních a vnitrostátních předpisů v této oblasti. Práce rovněž zahrnuje dvě případové studie, v rámci nichž jsou zkoumány postupy vnitrostátních a unijních orgánů, pokud jde o privatizace a majetkové vyrovnání s církvemi.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the EU aspects of state property dispositions - privatisation and church restitutions. It examines the interaction of EU and national regulations in this area. The thesis also includes two case studies which examine the practices of national and EU authorities with regard to privatisations and property settlements with churches.
