Abstract:

|Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnit pojem kriminalistická identifikace a do detailu vysvětlit problematiku jednotlivých metod. Na úvod se práce věnuje popisu samotné kriminalistiky a vysvětlení kriminalistické identifikace. V práci jsou rozebrané metody kriminalistické identifikace, které jsou rozdělené do dvou skupin. První skupinou jsou metody identifikace osob jako jsou například daktyloskopie nebo portrétní identifikace. Druhou skupinou metod je identifikace jiných věcí, kdy příkladem je mechanoskopie či trasologie.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to clarify the concept of criminalistic identification and to explain in detail the issue of individual methods. At the beginning, the thesis deals with the description of criminalistics itself and the explanation of criminalistic identification. The thesis discusses the methods of forensic identification, which are divided into two groups. The first group consists of methods of identification of persons, such as dactylocopy or portrait identification. The second group of methods is the identification of other things, an example of which is tracelogy or mechanoscopy.
