Disertační práce se zabývá odolností proti nárazu skříní kolejových vozidel, jako významného prvku pasivní bezpečnosti. Důležitými aspekty pro přežití cestujících a posádky jsou integrita vozidla a pohlcování energie. Dissertation thesis deals with crashworthiness of the railway vehicles bodies as a significant factor of a passive safety. Important aspects of occupant survival and protection are vehicle integrity and energy absorption.
