Teoretická část pojednává o metaloléčivech založených na komplexech platiny, které nacházejí využití při léčbě rakovinových onemocnění. Zabývá se popisem mechanismů, kterými dochází k transportu léčiva k nádorovým tkáním a mechanismy, kterými léčivo působí v prostředí nádoru. Abstract:
The theoretical part focused on metal based platinum complexes, which are widely used in cancer treatment. It deals with the description of drug transport to the tumor tissues and the mechanisms of drug acting in the tumor environment.
